Do you offer Payment Plans?
Absolutely! We offer No Credit Needed $25 Down with ACIMA and also 0% interest with Wells Fargo on approved credit. We also offer layaway options through our “Rooms Today Tomorrow” Program. See our Payment Plans page for terms, conditions, details and applications.
How do I pay with ACIMA No Credit Needed or Wells Fargo?
ACIMA/Wells Fargo payments require help from a sales associate. The first thing you need is an ACIMA or Wells Fargo approval. Head over to www.roomstodayonline.com/apply to complete an application if you haven’t already. Once you have an approval the easiest way to order it is create your cart and go all the way through checkout until it asks for payment. At that point send us a text at 216-749-3923 letting us know you are ready to check out and we will send you the ACIMA/Wells Fargo contract to sign on your phone. Once done, we will arrange your pick-up or delivery! Your first regular payment for ACIMA will be due on your next payday no fewer than 10 days from when you sign. Wells Fargo will send your first bill 30-45 days after you sign. Both ACIMA and Wells offer online payments.

Do you offer delivery?
We offer local delivery through third party delivery companies here in Cleveland. These companies have been delivering for us for a long time and are licensed, insured, and professional. We coordinate delivery times/dates on your behalf to ensure all you have to do is have an adult home and tell the drivers where you want your items.
How much is delivery?
Delivery fees are amongst the cheapest in town since we make no profit on delivery. Delivery rates are based on the complexity of the delivery such as flights of stairs, distance, whether assembly is required, and other factors. We are very transparent about all of our pricing and you can find your specific delivery rate by creating a cart and proceeding to the check-out process with your items.
Where do you deliver?
We can deliver anywhere in Cleveland and most surrounding areas up to two hours away. If you enter your address at check-out you will find your specific rates. If you do not see a rate, please call us at 216-749-3923 to inquire if we serve your area.
How fast can you deliver?
Since our model focuses on in-stock clearance and outlet pieces, we can deliver same day in many cases. This depends largely on stock status, the delivery address, demand, and time of day. During check out you will be given available delivery windows and an associate will follow up after purchase to confirm.
What if I want to pick up instead?
We offer free pick-up at our store location (5140 Pearl Rd. Cleveland, OH 44129) Monday - Saturday 12PM-7PM and on Sundays 12PM-4PM. You can select your pick-up time in advance when checking out and change this as needed. Rooms Today Furniture & Mattress is not responsible for any damage to merchandise or your home if you decide to pick-up so we always recommend our delivery service.
How long can you hold my items once I purchase?
We will hold your items as long as you need and do not charge fees for this. That said, due to the nature of our clearance and outlet inventory, after two weeks we cannot cancel your order.
Do you sell only in-stock furniture?
Due to our outlet model, most of our products are NEW outlet or clearance pieces in stock for immediate delivery. Check the quantities by each item for details. If an item you are looking for shows not in stock, give us a call and we can let you know when it will be in!
Can you special order specific items for me?
We have a massive vendor network that we can order from and we can order many different furniture items that are not shown on our website. If you have an item in mind, give us a call at 216-749-3923, provide the vendor, sku, and name of the item and we are more than happy to help.
How do your prices compare to regular retail stores?
Our prices are always lower than regular retail. Since we find clearance and outlet pieces, mark them down, and pass the savings on to you, our prices are up to 70% lower than what you will find in retail stores. But product selections change quickly and items move fast so you want to hurry. Don’t worry, we offer you a 30 Day Low Price Guarantee so you know you won’t overpay.
What’s your return/cancellation policy?
At Rooms Today Furniture & Mattress, we offer product returns under the following conditions. Merchandise may be returned within (7) days of receipt in the same condition & exact original packaging as purchased for a refund minus a 5% processing charge to cover restocking & payment fees. Any merchandise that has been built (picked up or not), removed from its original packaging, or damaged after delivery or pick-up is not eligible for a return or refund. Mattress returns must be in the original sealed plastic. Stains, burns and/or abuse of the mattress or foundation will void the warranty. We recommend one of our mattress protectors with every mattress purchase.
Any upholstery issues discovered in the home and still within warranty period will be repaired by qualified repair personnel. An exact exchange may be authorized by Rooms Today Furniture & Mattress within the first two weeks of possession at our discretion. A product warranty guarantee does not apply in the case of abuse of product within the home, intentional damage, or damage by pets, which is determined by qualified repair personnel. Special Order merchandise does not qualify for our Return Policy. Exchanges/repairs are at the discretion of Rooms Today Furniture & Mattress. Transportation of return merchandise is the sole responsibility of the customer. Local pick-up from the customer’s residence may be arranged for a delivery/pick-up fee. Any order is subject to cancellation and refund at our discretion for any reason at any time.
Do you offer any type of warranty?
All of our furniture comes with a minimum FREE one-year warranty from the date of delivery or pick-up. While most other furniture stores charge 10% (or more) for a warranty plan, we provide it at no cost. If your product develops a manufacturer defect within one year, simply reach out to us and we’ll dispatch a certified technician. If a defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the piece. How does your warranty work?
If your item is still under warranty our process is very simple. Simply text us a picture of the damage along with your name and copy of your receipt. If necessary we will dispatch a technician free of charge to assess the damage and determine next steps. Depending on the type of damage, we may replace or repair the item at our discretion. Our warranty covers any manufacturer defect so keep in mind that damage caused by things like pets will likely not be covered. Still, we try very hard to take care of our customers and sometimes we can get you an inexpensive part so it doesn’t hurt to reach out and ask!
Do you price match?
All of our furniture comes with a 30-Day Low-Price Guarantee. If you find the same product for less somewhere else, we will match that price for 30 days from purchase. Product must be in stock locally and sold by a reputable retailer that can be verified by store associates. Hand-written quotes are not accepted. Do you offer layaway?
Rooms Today Furniture & Mattress offers a complimentary layaway program for our customers which we refer to as the “Rooms Today Tomorrow” program. There are no minimum payments or scheduled payments required, which means you pay what you want when you want! Take as long as you need to pay off your furniture without worrying about missing payments or being charged fees.
If product is not in stock upon payoff of the full balance, it will be ordered. If the product is discontinued or unavailable prior to payment in full, the paid balance will be converted to store credit which the customer can use towards any other available merchandise in the store. After one week any money put towards “Rooms Today Tomorrow” becomes store credit and is not available for refund.
What if my furniture is damaged when it arrives?
This is rare as we inspect pieces as they arrive and depart, but since some pieces come packaged in boxes and cannot be inspected, it does sometimes occur. If you notice damage within one week of receiving that item, simply call us and we will ask you to text us pictures so we can arrange replacement. Exceptions to this policy include when damage is done to pick-up items during transport.
